Script Summary: Changes the tab and address bar icon ("favicon") for Last.fm based on your colour setting (red or black)
This updates the icon in the tab and address bar on Last.fm to a black version if you have the "Paint It Black" theme selected and dynamically toggles between the red and black icons when the theme selector link is clicked.
