Script Summary: Makes the legislation on juridat.be and ejustice.just.fgov.be readable

This script is largely based on the excellent userscript Readable juridat.be & ejustice.just.fgov.be v1.1 (2008-05-10) by Naja Melan (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/11725)
The problem is that this userscript did not seem to work any more with Firefox 5.
This adapted version restores the old search interface but keeps the improved rendering of the displayed documents. Moreover, it makes sure that every search result is open in a new window where the full URL of the document is shown in the address bar (easier to link to the page).
Finally, the CSS was directly included in the script, so that the use of Stylish is not required anymore.
Version 1.1 (5 August 2011) corrects a problem with the scripts on the displayed page, which did not work under Firefox 5 (e.g. when clicking on "Show original" next to a statute article).
Version 1.1.1 (25 December 2011) corrects another bug which made the script crash when analysing the page since a few days, probably due to a change on the server side.
