Script Summary: Checks Netflix availability for movies on icheckmovies.com

On every icheckmovies page showing lists of movies, uses the Netflix OData API to look up each movie and determine if it is available for Instant, DVD or BluRay. Also determines if a movie will soon be added to or expire from Instant watching. Adds an easy link to the Netflix page for each movie found.
By default only looks up the first 100 unchecked movies but the script can easily be edited to change those defaults.
