The day I noticed userscripts had dropped the user menu, I missed it right away and I changed my opera user menu fix into this quite simple multi-browser customisable uso user menu.
Get the user menu back, add some configurable power menu items like direct links for uploading a new script and a direct profile link on your name (instead of empty home), etc.
Customisable with some variables for contextual menu items like %username%, %scriptid%, %thirduserid%) and "----" for header items.
