Script Summary: Colorize downloadlinks according to which server it is on (1-6, all)

Colorizes the mangatraders download/releases/watchedlist with a different
backgroundcolor for each server.
The colors are easily customized (standard htmlcolor format).
You can enable/disable coloring of watched/releases list (default is on/true).
It doesn't do the profile's download/upload lists.
Tested with FF15, and watched/releases lists seems to work properly.
