A small script that prevents the drop-down list of tags/interests from loading/deploying on mouseover of the 'Interests' link on lower(2ndNav) toolbar while keeping the link to the tagcloud active.
This script is meant as a quikfix to be run in conjunction/tandem with SU V4 Annoyance Remover2 and can be turned on/off as wanted.
