Removes ads from digg.

Digg can be tricky with their ads, I will update the script from time to time as I find new ads slipping through.

Inspired by Rodrigo Queiro's "Digg 3.0 Ad Remover".

I flagged it because I felt like it had nothing to do with the script itself, or even another greasemonkey script, and was just promoting a FF plugin. No worries though, wasn't putting anyone down, just asking for some peer review on its relevance.
