This adds an option to view the artist chart on any profile page based on time played rather than play counts. This is done by using the feed from mattperdeaux, which calculates time played based on the average track length for that artist in MusicBrainz.

Updated to use the new 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month feeds from mattperdeaux to allow it to work on user profiles with different charts selected.

Updated to workaround issue with Greaemonkey 0.7.20080121.0 (this made it impossible to switch between Play and Time based charts).

Updated to fix issues with some charts (possibly caused by changes to chart layouts caused by on-demand service)

Fixed issues with caching of chart HTML and improved the response time when the chart range is changed.
