This script enhances the Blogger navbar, mainly to make it more usable for spam reporting. It adds a "report spam blog" link and makes both report links usable without javascript.
Many spam blogs try to hide the navbar, so I recommend installing Restore Blogger navbar together with this script. It should be able to restore the navbar in most cases (at least with javascript disabled).
