View Comments on Digg Fully Expanded

Replaces Digg story links within Digg.com with the URL to the fully expanded version of the comments page.

This script changes the destination URL for story links within Digg.com to the "/all" version, which displays all comments. Unlike other scripts that display all Digg comments, this one does NOT require you to load the comments section, then reload the entire page to view the expanded comments.
