Partially restores Digg comments to the old style, while keeping the threading

hey tlpro! Can you please update the script so that it works correctly with the new rollout? Most of the script still reverts the comments back, but the height for the bars is still too big, and those big ugly 'reply to blahblah' things are now showing. Thanks!

By the way, I just created this for my personal use, so it's not perfect hence the "Partially". I apologize for any glitches.

Additionally, this is intended to function when you are viewing when the comment tree is all expanded and therefore causes issues when viewing it in the slower method.
