The script doesn't skin ambrosia options, so please use it in conjunction with Die Plus script.

Changes from the first release
- sorted out the show world bug (images overflowed over advisors)
- changed icons for resources
- fixed a bug that showed the header.jpg on other sites
- show island icon
- changed show town icon
