i love this script,

but i would like you to add the function, that the thumb picture url is replaced by the original one, so that one could save a picture directly , without going into the thread or opening the picture.

for me it worked, adding

if (newstr.indexOf("s.") > 0){
newstr = newstr.replace("s.", ".");
}

after

var postnum = newstr.match(/<input>]*"([0-9]+)"^>]*>/i);

that only deletes the "s" at the end of a thumb.

The concept is solid, but it really needs a complete re-write. Also, the latest versions of the script have ads added to them...
I mean, seriously, what the fuck? Scripts are supposed to get better, not worse.

My previous edit of this review was a 1/5 star rating, due to the fact that the author originally included attempts to hide packed javascript functions in the script, which displayed forced banner ads.

The author has contacted me and apologized for this, as well as publicly announced the removal of the packed javascript functions and now provides an easy way to remove the banner for those who are not interested.

I believe this was most likely a misguided attempt to make some money, as opposed to something truely malicious.

Summary: This is a good script, with a bumpy history. Review source of all updates before using them. (If it isn't broke, don't fix it.)

For future reference, the packed functions that were (originally) included were:

one minor thing that has annoyed the heck out of me right this minute and is the reason for posting this:

the p key is taken over by the script and I cant type in into any of the text boxes while I try to start a new thread...

This should get fixed.

Overall the thing works good and it gets rid of the need to scrool...

This script totally gets rid of the need to scroll or change page.I might not use the part of loading the original images since I prefer opening the thread...

About the ads:
dosent matter if thers ads on it.

If an updated version of a thread that's already on the page appears, the older version should be removed. Otherwise, an excellent tool I'll be making great use of in the future.

its does what its supposed to do. but i cant say i like it. ill base my review of effectiveness instead of personal taste. 4/5 could use some improvement but im not really sure how. i would recommend anyone try this

now has a pause button at the top for if you want to read a long thread starter. Has the board links moved to preserve funcionality and is all-round awesome.

Pros: It does what it says, and it does it well
Cons: When reading long thread starters, I find my self scrambling for thread to read it. There should be an option to pause and resume updating.

EDIT: The pause button is definitely a plus
