Works exactly as advertised. I opened the file to disable audio notifications and noticed it had options for people who use the priority inbox (which I subsequently enabled). I dug through the code a bit and have to say it is well-written top to bottom.

The audio and visual notifications are great. I get lots of notifications in my gmail account so I can work away on other things without having to manually check my account every so often.
