I need this script to filter non-english doujinshi on ex/g-hentai. It's a global site so many cultures will post their translations of popular material. However a time comes when one is no longer interested in seeing a dozen gallery reposts on the front page in languages they can't even read.

Highlighting is also a helpful feature.
