This great script adds a SPAM button to the far left of each post. Just click SPAM and help delete spam posters without having to open and close each spam.
This works a treat if you are smart and use a script to preview listings without opening them.
Great job. I ALWAYS get this one first thing with a new Firefox install.
This is the poster child of what a script should be, quick, efficient and simple. A big time saver, and very reliable. Nice job.

Craigslist is activly messing with this program,, it goes to the dragon fly and wont refresh. I used to rewrite the url in the script to suit the section I was flagging, but I forgot how its done now. THANKS VERY MUCH.. please repair it soon, Ciao!
We have a small business and your script keeps us "up there" faster than the spammers can spam. Really appreciate your efforts and hope this script gets tweaked to work with Craigslist's new page format.
Thanks for making this script. I've found it useful. I'd like to be able to define the different "Flags" to use (prohibited or miscategorized etc), but this script does what it was meant to do and you did a good job of coding so I'm pleased with it
I've used this before and it worked well but after installing again, I do not see any spam buttons.
Update: I see them now, I had spam cleaner script enabled and it was hiding the links.
When trying to mark as overposting on certain items, say 25 used car postings by one dealer, it takes longer to mark than to just go to the ad and click "spam". It looks as though it is loading all the pictures before marking the spam. So, if there are a lot of pictures in the ad, say Photo Bucket, it seems to load all those first.

If I could click once to flag all in a search then it would be perfect!
hope this script gets tweaked to work with Craigslist's new page format

I have been using this script for a long time now but in the last month or so Craigslist appear to have made changes to their software so that only by clicking a Craigslist flagging button will activate a flag.
Although clicking Ryan Stille's Spam Button confirms the post has been flagged an actual flag will not have been registered on the Craigslist server.
I can assure you that the script merely goes through the motions but no longer activates a flag.
The next best arrangement to Craigslist Spam Buttons v1.4 are the 'Preview' type of Add-ons which allow Craigslist's own flagging buttons to be activated quickly from a pop-up window without having to click / open up each item. That works just fine and is nearly as quick as the Ryan Stille's script.
