Doesn't work for me.
Firefox in Windows AND Firefox in Ubuntu.
Doesn't hide ads for either.

Can't really tell if it this small script's fault of maybe a collaboration with another addon or most likely a plugin (plugins have wider memory access),
but after I've uninstall this one, the crashes have stoped... so...

It did remove the ads though... :[
