I've been using this script for years without noticing it already had what I was asking for (Create rel.) :

This script could have been the best track-track musicbrainz script in the universe if it had a second bonus link.
It actually adds "Use in rel." but moreover, when there is already a track waiting for AR, these links should change to NEW!!→ Create rel. with this track (AS SEEN ON TV) this way saving another one click and page loading!
How awesome it could then be. This script would attain instant worldwide recognition all over the universe!!
