very very useful script
Does what it says, not touching the rest of the design.
Works just as advertised. Nothing fancy.

If there's one thing, that google reader does right, it's a good readability through narrow lines. I think it's stupid to remove the restriction of 580px for text paragraphs, because texts are so much harder to read when the lines span across the whole screen width!
It's one of the basic rules for good readability to have narrow lines and short paragraphs. I really can't understand, how some users believe, this script improves readability for them...
This makes Google Reader so much easier to read & makes use of all of my screen, not just half of it!
