But I used to use http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/124921 which is very good too BUT since the author maintains one of those full customization scripts for YT it always take too long for him to fix the one with only the download button when YT brakes it.
This one looks simple/great and has worked just fine.

Love it, but it seems to break other "button based" Youtube scripts (like Youtube Player Size Options).
Some other scripts append their controls even when other scripts also add buttons. It would be nice if this script worked like this too.
Works fine when just clicking the Download button, but the drop-down menu does not work at all.
this addon seems cool, I can now get chrome and midori to download youtube videos easily.
