Works perfecly. I have BBC News as 24/7 front page but has been unusable because of ticker. Good idea but crap implementation. This script works perfectly, so no more ticker, no more cpu hog, no more whine from cpu fan spin up and down. Good riddance BBC Ticker! So much better without it.
