Doesn't work with Picasa images. Direct links for those images gives error.

Also doesn't work with the old version of image search.

Unfortunately, the script doesn't work with Chrome stable as of now (8.0.552.231 build 69188): It's trying to access a null element and therefore throws an exception.

The exact error message is this

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'innerHTML' of null

and occurs in line 135:


font.innerHTML = "<a href=\"" + contextLink + "\">" + font.innerHTML + "</a>";


So, the "font" variable seems to be null.

I'm not sure if this is a Chrome-specific error. Anyways, a fix would be greatly appreciated.

The script is only modifying the link of the little zoom hover image in the images search results list, not the image bellow, so you have to wait 2 seconds until hover image arises to open the standalone image, otherwise you would be loading the image into google's frame hovering the original page of the image.
This works different than "google images direct links" script, that loads the google frame for the image (only the empty frame), and inmediately loads the image standalone, independently of you had clicked the thumbnail image or the hover image in the images search results list, so for reaching the orignal page of the image through gogle's image frame, you can click previous page button.

The file is saved as "5059.user.js" - when rename to "Google Image Relinker Mod.js" it stops working ...

Why?

When I was the inscription "Framed View" for example "in Frame" also stops working ...
