I always prefer a GM script to an addon. This is a superb script which replaces many of the bulky addons. and since it is a script it is also very easy to tweak. moreover little worries of compatibility if FF upgrades to a new version.
i have added the following to a stylish script so that the notes are somewhat less obtrusive.
.at-ac-tuwien-student-e0427417-sticky-note { opacity : .1 !important}
.at-ac-tuwien-student-e0427417-sticky-note:hover { opacity : .3 !important}
I was all on fire to use this script. It seemed to install easily. But on trying it for the first time, the yellow background of the note shows up, but I can't type in it!
Sure, it's resizable, movable and it does pop back up when I reload the page, but who needs large BLANK yellow squares on top of their web pages?
Am I missing something? It says to doubleclick on the note to edit it, but nothing happens.
I'm using FF 3.5.5
BTW, stupid question, but what do I type in the "included pages" box to allow me to add notes to ANY page when I feel like it?
Hey panzi, viper
This script rocks!!!
Thank you so much for writing it and publishing on add-ons.firefox.org/internote.
I was missing internote like anything and this script does the same thing in a far easier way.
Thank you so much!
