I have been using it since 0.6
It was good and did sweep some ads.
Today I update it to 1.5.6, I find a problem that I cant use facebook to chat with others.

Still it cant sweep some ads of some websites like
http://www.mydrivers.com
and its ads can be easily cleaned up by Adblock

I totally support Adsweep, hope it get better and better

I just found there was a new version and installed that. Update really fast!!! WOW! Facebook problem has been fixed and there is no ad any more at Mydrives.com. Better than Adblock!! Hope I can give you 6 stars.

I found "Mydrivers" in the AdSweep.user.js
Is that kind of like a block list?
Hope I can add the websites that I usually visit in to the black list, so I can get rid of ad forever....

I tested and used Adsweep since the early versions, and I have got nothing but praise for this script.
On top of that, Charles, the author, is easy to reach and communicative.
When you ask for a site to be added to the current list of cleaned sites this is generally done 24 hours later...
Wishlist:
1) a complete list of cleaned sites available.
2) a change log

I was very pleased with the performance of AdSweep in googlechrome(v2.0.172.37). Took care of most ads.

Unfortunately, it does not work in v3.0.193.1 of chrome. When installed in this version, no websites will load.

In general, I can handle ads. I just ignore them. But I had been experiencing extremely annoying, inconvenient ads on my facebook for days. They popped up at the top of my apps, blocking links so that I could not use them but instead would be clicking on the ad (which pisses me off... I mean, okay, you want to force me to click on your ads? That's one thing. But I'd like the use of my navigation links back, thank you very much!). Thanks to adsweep, they're gone. It's brilliant because NOTHING ELSE that I tried-- including multiple facebook ad removal specific scripts-- worked. THANK YOU.

This is an awesome script and takes ad blocking to another level. I Don't believe I haven't come across it until now and can't praise you enough. I've tested in Opera 10.63 and it gets rid of google sponsored links in the search, afterdawn text ads, all facebook ads and even those pesky javascript popups you get in the bottom right hand corner. With this and a block list in Opera the net is a completely different experience. Keep up the good work!

This is the first one I try and it works well and is easy to customize, the code is well commented.
