[about idea]
The idea of this add-on is the most wonderful in that I have seen all ideas until now.
Please image when you proceeded to read a certain book until last page. But, you notice "duplicate sentences that are described on previous page" on the last page. You call with telephone to the publishing company. And you say "This is printing error, isn't it?"
The publishing company's person says. "No. This is the specification. Because, a blank of last page is strange. So, we re-printed sentences that were printed on a previous page."
Well, is it right? No, it is not right. Duplicated sentences are very strange. Therefore, all books all over the world have not been re-printed same sentences on the last page.
This is common sense. Except for "the strange world called the Internet browser".

[about bugs]
It is sorry for some bugs. They are followings.

- You scroll until the bottom of a certain page.
- You wait 2 seconds.
- And you push "Page Up" key. But the page moves for only a line.

Another problem.
In some sites, after you push "Page Down" key, the site moves only 1 line scroll.
I found sites followings in a short time.

"Page Scroll Marker" is uncongenial to the add-on called "NoScript". When a certain site is restricted by "NoScript", "Page Scroll Marker" often generates faults at the restricted site.

[about others]
In developer's site (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/38805), I found options "recursive" and "wrap_bars". But, I cannot understand them because I am Japanese.

The default color (#ff8080) is not conspicuous. So I changed color to a conspicuous color (#ff0000).

＜バグについて＞
残念ながら、このアドオンには以下の不具合が存在しました。
・ページの一番下までスクロールします。
・2秒まちます。
・その後、「Page Up キー」を押下すると、1行分しかスクロールしません。

特定のページで「1行分しかスクロールしない」などの不具合が発生します。発見できただけでも以下のサイトで不具合が発生します。短時間でこれだけ発見できたので、ほかにも多数のサイトで不具合が発生すると予想されます。

それ以外にも、Page Down キーを押したにもかかわらず、時々「ページ半分までしかスクロールしない」「1行分しかスクロールしない」が発生します。発生確率は多分、数パーセントです。

「ページ スクロール マーカー」は「NoScript」と気が合いません。あるサイトが「NoScript」によって制限される場合、「ページ スクロール マーカー」は しばしば その制限されたサイトで不具合を発生させます。

I'd love to have this same thing when reading PDFs, eBooks, etc.

It helps quite a bit since it can be confusing when you switch programs/operating systems/etc. and the amount each scrolls varies.

At least know in Firefox I'll be able to quickly find my place!

It works no matter how you scroll, whether it's with the mouse, arrow keys, or spacebar.

As a stock market trader I skim-read a lot of web pages every day for information, and as I'm scrolling quickly through a page with the mouse wheel I often lose where I am momentarily. With this script installed, a thin pink transparent line is placed across the page at the bottom of the visible screen, so that when you scroll down, the strip marks the point you read up to. It's a simple thing, but incredibly useful.

I've found it's not perfect - on certain pages the pink line is left hanging further up the page rather than resetting downwards - I believe this is due to a conflict with NoScript when some scripts are blocked. But I'd still rate this 5/5.
