There are other scripts out there with more functionality, but none as simple and elegant as this one. Been using it for years.

Unfortunately the script is no longer maintained by the developer.

You must make 1 change to the source code for it to work.

It appears that around the end of June 2010, CL started blocking this script by blocking the user-agent it passes during xmlhttprequest calls. It passes "monkeyagent". To make the script work you need to edit the source after installing (using the Edit function in Greasemonkey when managing user scripts). Change the text "monkeyagent" near the end of the script to something different or a random string. This fixed the script for me.

I have tried them all and even built some of my own and this is the only one that works reliably.
The hover works just like you want it to and the size is easy to read.

i love this script - super handy for just browsing thru craigslist and works great! i like that the preview window matches the rest of the layout.

This script dramatically improves craigslist browsing and saves a ton of time... No opening 30 tabs at once then sorting through them individually. No more navigating back and forth from the post board...
