Google changed the markup for iGoogle and broke script compatibility. The same day, the script was updated by the author to account for Google's redesign.

Also, the script itself is simple and powerful.

I just wanted to thank you for all of the hard work that you put into maintaining this extension and ensuring that it continued to work.

Even with iGoogle now having it's own collapsible sidebar (finally!) I still don't think we can get rid of your extension just yet. Removing the header and footer are great on smaller screens like netbooks so I think there is still some need for your extension.

This is a great script. Why waste half of your screen on tabs and sidebars?

It's days like this (when google does something to break the super igoogle script), that I really appreciate this script. Not only is it the best script I've ever encountered for cleaning up your google pages, but when it gets broken, I'll usually come here and see that Richard has already fixed the problem and issued a new release.
