out of all the YouTube scripts out there, this one is best. it looks the best, doesn't use a third-party download sites--captures direct links to the files and is just plain awesome. i would have done no better if i had made a downloader script myself. no frills, no nagging or other annoyances, its straight to the point. also elegantly & cleanly coded, cross-browser. i will be using this a lot :-)

Does what it says on the tin.

"Why haven't I found this before?" is the only thing that comes to mind, after using the malware and deceptiveware that pollute google search results when looking for that fundamental, very basic function of being able TO SAVE LOCALLY for off-line viewing.

I hereby sincerely thank the author of this utility for having written something THAT SHOULD BE STANDARD WITH EVERY APPLICATION, the SAVE BUTTON that has been missing for so long from youtube.
