I love this, I would normally just blast through all of the posts so they would be cleared out, now I can just pick the one I am interested in. Mark all above as read, and move on with my life.

I changed the keyboard shortcuts to 'q" & "w" as they aren't used for Google Reader shortcuts, and make it quick and easy to use, I was having trouble with the defaults.

Script's hotkeys (Shift+Y, Shift+I) also work while trying to email a post, which causes extremely unwanted results.
Other than that it's a 5-star.
