Because I find all those blinking award-thingies quite annoying, I gave this script a shot. And it filters a great amount of that useless stuff out. Still, there are many awards slipping through, that's why I rate this 4-Star.
It works in combination with "flickr no awards", by the way, and this combinations makes my eyes happy. ;-)

Yes, it's very useful and a great idea : i don't like see these ugly and so big "Advertizing Logos" in the comments.
I use it with AdBlock, because some are not filtering, but i prefer this script.
Flickr must find a way to collect in a special place, all these "trophy" (because some of them are a real valor....not all).
And in the same way , a special place for invitation, i use it a lot but i think they are annoying :-), will be claver too.

I love this script! As a Group Admin, when searching for new photos to invite into a group, sometimes its frustrating to scroll through numerous comments because of the LARGE hearts and glitter texts. While I do like to add them myself occasionally for fun - its a pain to navigate through them as an admin!
I am an admin for a group called No Logos words only and I have become frustrated by the increase, both in the number and size of what I call "Advertizing Logos"
I started the group to try to eliminate the things but alas there seemed to be too many technical problems. One being that flickr will not intervene and therefore its up to us they say to join groups that do not promote them and stay away from groups that do. good advice, but when I invite a photo that I may come across that I like, htere is a good chance it will be plastered in Logos and it then spoils my enjoymnent of reading the genuine comments.
I tried ad blocker which is great, but "Filter Hearts" does all the work for me and I can happlily read a page without the flickering logos and animated gif's.
I thoroughly recommend this little script to anyone who like me, hates the damn things...
Well done to the author of this add on and can we have a version that actually deletes them too perhaps?
