I also made the small change in the code posted by mrclody below, and I think the new size for me is better.

This script works perfectly. It's really improved my YouTube browsing experience. Shame that this script isn't getting more attention than it is. I'm going to try my best to spread the word.

I ended up adding modifying it a little, particularly these lines:

likesDiv.setAttribute("style", "height: 5px; width: "+(100*likes)/total+"%");

dislikesDiv.setAttribute("style", "height: 5px; width: "+(100*dislikes)/total+"%");

spans[i].style.bottom = "7px";

This script also works in tandem with another script that gives you a numerical preview for related videos:

So with both of these combined, you get both a visual and text preview of the vid you want to see. This is absolutely ingenious and I hope the script author continues to update this to keep up with Youtube's continual updates!
