Excellent script that eliminated all the wasted white space of the new Google Reader design. Even better, quickly updated when Google's continued "tweaking" made it necessary. Much appreciated.
I could not used Google Reader with out this amazingly awesome script!
I've just started with this, and have only one goal -- make the Google Reader layout compact again, after Google's "fix".
Well, this script makes it even more compact than before, which is fine with me. The more I can see on the screen with this type of "firehose" web site/app, the better (within reason, of course).
So -- 5*s!
PS -- made it a bit less compact by changing the 2.5 to 3.0 in...
GM_addStyle("#entries.list .entry .collapsed { line-height:2.5ex !important;}");
Great Script, thank you!
Does exactly what it says. Works great in Chrome.
This compact layout is actually a smidge *too* compact for my taste, but ain't that the beauty of CSS?
Definitely a huge improvement over the new Google default.
Good work!
