Works great. However, the only issue I've seen is when I navigate to another location - i.e. a group, my profile, etc when I go back to Facebook Home the news feed is there on the right side.

To resolve I just have to hit refresh and the news feed goes away. If the script could perform a "refresh" when it lands on Facebook Home it would be perfect.

Awesome nonetheless though.

Thought this worked really good at first, but after making several return visits to FB, I've noticed that the ticker keeps reappearing whenever I go back to the home page, at which point I have to refresh the page to make it go away again. I've tried restarting Firefox, but that didn't change the script's performance.

facebook really screwed up this time. Thanks for fixing it for me.
