But yeah, in all seriousness, it takes that unbearable drivel I see underneath youtube videos and changes it to, well, drivel. Well worth the download.

It doesn't improve anything it just turns every comment into "hurr herp herp derp hurr hurr hurr derp derp hurr". Have a look a the source code!
