Performs exactly as described: sits quietly on the side of the screen and scrolls smoothly in screenfulls.

1) Add option to change location. Currently sits on the right but left-side placement may improve usability since the scrollbar sits beside it on the right.

2) Add option for horizontal scroll? Position on top/bottom center or left/right side.

But the script is perfectly usable as it is. Good job!
