Check the revision history of this code, instantly becomes a copied of the code found at the other user script.

Version history of the other user script clearly shows steady progress and things were updated and fixed.

Up until the revision of this (Jan's) script at: Jul 19, 2011 07:59, everything was going in a completely different direction. Then at Jul 19, 2011 14:06 (http://userscripts.org/scripts/diff/107107/353401) it magically becomes entirely different code in both content and style.

Then look at my revision, at an earlier time Jul 19, 2011 11:41 (Over 2 hours earlier)

You can clearly see that the revision that this script does at 14:06 is a copy of my code from 11:41 earlier the same day with a few adjustments and no inclusion of credit whatsoever.

I have a full code history of changes up to that point, where you can see the code being changed and debugged and modified and updated and tweaked. Where as this script magically appears from no where, is posted over 2 hours later, and claims to be the first.

Was this one of the first facebook chat enhancers? Yes. Does this make the current code any less copied and stolen from me? No.

Update: Author has since branched the code and it has become less identical than originally when this review was posted. The poster of this script still refuses to admit that the bulk of this code is copied and gives no credit.

Although the author did his best to cover up his plagiarism, I do believe this code is copied from Enzyme.

Just give credit where credit is due.

This script is nice, but mostly a copy from Enzyme's script on:

obfuscated in the Rev from 2011-07-19 17:52 but mostly the same.

So the best would be to delete this userscript, because this is a very bad reputation for Jan's commercial website (hajanet.de).

The second best would be to go on sabbatical for some time ;-)

I have installed the chat enhancer on google chrome.It worked until I went offline on chat and now will not go back to online status.
Can anyone tell me how to either get online chat back or uninstall this add on?

So far the script was working fine but now it looks like a sort of hybrid version between the old chat and the annoying new facebook sidebar.

As you can see the chat bar size has changed no matter what I write in the settings.

Could you please fix it? I really liked this script.

To this:

It is not worked for me.

Works great on Chrome. Only the sort of ad for a second saying the author on the sidebar is annoying.
