Google+ is indeed a great thing just recently launched by google - it is growing much faster than facebook itself in just a very short time-span. Google plus is great and it has been probably done similar to facebook like. Google is using it to learn about websites. He wants to know the popularity of websites among the visitors so that it can rank that site high in search engine results. I am using special plugin so that people can give me google+. Some of my sites using it are:-
