It does, exactly what the description says; the Google +1 button is removed. Also, website "previews" are removed.
The junk that Google has taken to littering around the internet, is now gone from my Google Search pages.

Too bad Google doesn't give us the ability to turn off all their CRAP.

Currently the script is not working after Google released more crap (their Plus/Circles contribution to the self-absorbed inane-chattersphere).

I was so happy to finaly find a script to block this +1 agression,..

but it turns out that it simply DOESN'T WORK for me. I'm using chrome.. is that an issue?

Thanks man, i'm getting sick of all those fancy new google stuff. Why can't they leave it as it is, or at least give us the option to remove it?! I don't new or use 95% of what they create.
