Makes navigation much easier and adds links that LendingClub and FolioFN should have already included.

I can now more easily find loans in FolioFN that are worth buying.

I have added some additional functionality to my copy of this script to:
1) flag loans within FolioFN as being overpriced
2) flag loans within LendingClub that should be potentially sold (Due date is now past than 4 business days)
3) flag loans within FolioFN as having an interest rate that is **Much** lower than the current rate on LendingClub
4) flag loans on LendingClub in which the monthly loan payment is > X% more than 70% of a borrowers gross monthly income. The 70% is a guestimate of net monthly income. In other words, how much of the LendingClub payment will the loan be of a borrowers monthly net. This may not really help reduce defaults, but it gives me a warm fuzzy that the user can really afford the monthly payment.

If I find that the above tweaks are useful, I may send them.
