Might work, might not, I didn't try it. But either way, this is flat-out cheating.
Not just against the rules, but actually cheating. Go steal from the developers with Travian Beyond or something, but this rips off your fellow player. Why bother even playing if you're not going to play fair?

Really? Isn't it at minimum, a bit more individual than that?
I would (might) use this script only, because my town is, now in the beginning of the server, located next to an asshole who insist on trying to farm me, having 3x my pop and 10x my troops (as he started way earlier than me).
What I would then use this for, only because it's a delay of 4min for the attack to occur, is to be able to browse the web for other things in the meanwhile, to watch videos and so, not having to refresh the website every 20th sec. Is that really that bad? I at least, don't think so.
