I haven't installed it, but the script looks good. I clicked around PirateBay.org on the following pages
1) Search Results page
2) Page with torrent link to download

Observed was that the objects on the page with id 'ads' and 'ibario.com' have been removed.

Also, I checked out where ibario.com link is being imbedded - it's a toolbar (I don't know if it has spyware or not) that's being embedded in the download torrent page secretively right underneath the download button. Naughty naughty PirateBay.org

You were right about the fact that the script didn't block the download bar. I've uploaded a new version of the script (v0.3) in which that issue should be addressed.

I just installed the script and took it for a test drive. The link for Ibario.com does not have a id='ibario.com' or class='ibario.com' therefore it's not being picked up via the querySelectAll();

This is the actual string that needs to be parsed and disabled:
