If you're using Google Apps, Rene Castberg told me the URL to a doc begins by http://docs.google.com/a/*/Doc?, which is something I'm not sure of, so this might explain it. If you're using another domain than docs.google.com (like docs.google.de or docs.google.fr or whatever), then you'll need to modify the included URLs accordingly. Otherwise, it should work...
