@dpfox: Thanks for your comments, unfortunately I don't have time to look in depth at your issues at the moment. It will likely be a day or two before I can do this. It's working fine for me at the moment (unless I go for the "Item title on its own row" option you've pointed out), but I don't know why the script would not work for you at all.
