I don't know. The script keeps working for me if I just set the link to the file and any password. I guess you don't have to change the password in the code itself, you only have to guarantee that the password is the same on every computer you're using TB in (I think it's used to encrypt data). As for the files, I don't think you need to create any, their opening mode means they'll be created if they don't exist. But maybe you want to leave them in the same directory as the script itself?... then you won't have problems with non-existing directories. I'd say just put the script in http://www.lords.me.uk/travian/travstore.php and take the paths from the files (leave only the filename, they'll use the current directory).
