@Uters: It would be a reasonable change to make the links separate out automatically on a page load. I will consider this in the next update as a user variable. In the meantime, if you take a look at the source there are some user-defined variable that you can use to change the hover behavior of the links. You could use these to remove the indentation animation. I think it's cool though. As far as the flashing goes, this is an unfortunate result of long links becoming spread over multiple lines when linkified. When the link gets spread out, sometimes it takes itself out from under the mouse cursor and automatically triggers a mouseout event.
