The deliciousBookmarks.jar is from the newer versions of the extension, and for me on WinXP was in C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\(whatever).default\extensions\ {whatever}\chrome\deliciousBookmarks.jar\content\yAddBookMark.xul If you are using the old versions that show that HTML box (~v1.2) instead of a proper modal window (~v1.5) you can use the greasemonkey script further up the thread (5th comment). But if it is the v1.5 style you need to find make the changes shown above your comment by bcuippa.
