Since you are one of the nice redirection services that don't do anything weirder than returning a 302 redirect to the sought resource, there isn't even any need to use your custom API -- just a HTTP HEAD of http://liurl.cn/0v8 will get the sought address in the <code>location</code> header, so it already works by default.
