Summary:

Loads mobile Facebook/Twitter in left bar for quick, minimal access to social networks.

*Created the feature.
*Jetpack icon only for aesthetic purposes; no function.

**This jetpack does not yet allow for page refreshing when the favicon is clicked. That will come in time.**

I encourage anyone interested to tweak, tinker and build upon the code to improve the functionality of this feature.
