Chinese tools, colorise tones

Summary: Provide chineseperakun like tooltips showing translation and pinyin of chinese characters. Colorise tones on click.Provide slide bar consultation of Nciku mobile dictionary on selection.

This is the jetpack version of Tone Is Color. Much more powerful than the GM version.

Usage :
- as soon as installed you have for each chinese character a popup bubble that will show meanings and pronunciation.
- by clicking on the 中文颜色 of the statusbar, the text will be colorised according the most probable tone.

I have added also a "consultation of the selected word" capacity of Nciku site for mobile in the left sliding side bar. I think I also let a wikipedia consultation capacity on the same sliding bar (this is a copy of a very simple jetpack example)

For the moment Jetpack installation is rudimentary, so for the script installation do :
- install Jetpack (meaning you run firefox)
- copy simp.idx et adso.dat to a known place of your hard-disk
- load the jetpack script
- change the 2 first line of the script to reflect the exact adress of the file simp.idx et adso.dat. Save the new script version.
- install the jetpack script using install.htm
