Do I get a list of all the topics in all the forums that I have posted to or have created, or am watching? Do I get any notification if any of my created or posted-to topics or watched topics gets a new post or does that forwarded to my email id?

You can find a list of all of the posts you've ever made under your user profile (clicking on your user name at the top of the screen). Other than that, the best way to keep up with everything is to just use the forums pages and keep track of the green/white icons, as they indicate viewed/not viewed.
